Codes of Ethics. All directors and employees of FCNM are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in conducting business. Whistleblower Program. The Audit Committee of FCNM has established a Whistleblower Program to receive and handle reports related to accounting practices, report accuracy, internal controls, auditing matters, and misconduct or fraud.
